How do I get started?

  1. First you must obtain an account that will give you access to our shopping cart system.
  2. We will send you a password and the necessary information to access the administrative center of the shopping cart on our servers.
  3. You will add your items via the inventory page of the administrative center of the the shopping cart.
  4. Create your web site via any design software, then link to the shopping cart to allow shoppers to purchase from your site.
  5. Credit card authorization is done via our online credit card authorization system. You will provide us with the necessary information about your bank for credit card processing.

How do I integrate the shopping cart into my site?

  1. The shopping cart can run independently of the place where you are hosting your site, or you can add your site to our servers.
  2. Add a link to your web pages which will link to the shopping cart. We will provide the url for this link.

How do I add a custom header to my shopping cart?

 Send the custom header to us and we will add it to the images in your shopping cart.

How will customers be able to access their account information and history?

  1. Customers will have access to their account information via our secure web site.
  2. When a customer places an order, the customer will create a password and will be automatically assigned a customer id.
  3. Add a link to your web pages which is a link to the customer account center login page. We will provide the url for this link.

How do I access my customer information, orders information, and obtain reports?

  1. Your shopping cart administrative center is where you will have access to your customer account information, order information, and reports.
  2. A url for the login page for the administrative center will be provided for you, in addition to an administrative id and password. You may change your password at any time.

Are my passwords secure?

  1. All passwords are encrypted using the latest encryption technology. Our database administrators cannot even view the passwords in the database.
  2. If one of your customers forgets his password, however, the customer may opt to have a temporary password emailed to the email address that we have on file for the customer.
